Two -Year Phased Rollout
square feet of environmental graphics produced
Every production cycle required strict adherence to Frito-Lay brand color standards. Color proofs were produced and approved prior to each job to ensure consistency across distributed warehouse facilities. Maintaining uniform brand presentation across multiple states required calibrated print workflows and controlled material standards throughout the two-year deployment.
Environmental graphics were produced for both smooth and textured wall conditions within industrial warehouse environments. Materials were selected and engineered to ensure proper adhesion and durability across varied substrates.
Lobby environments incorporated dimensional lettering, acrylic standoff signage, and branded wall installations to create consistent identity across all facilities. Custom award plaques with individualized name components required careful fabrication tracking and labeling to ensure accuracy at each location.
An extensive internal quality control process was implemented to ensure no product omissions across multi-site shipments. All components were labeled by location and installation sequence to support the design firm’s selected installer team. Because the same installation team traveled to each facility, coordination protocols were standardized across locations to streamline deployment. When installation issues occurred, immediate reprints were produced and overnight shipped to prevent schedule disruption. Production teams remained on alert during installation windows to ensure executive-level deadlines were met.
